Responsible for day-to-day management of a team of administration staff (Receptionists; Ward Clerks; Secretaries). Responsible for provision of administrative support within service area ensuring delivery of effective and efficient business and patient services and supporting service improvements as required. The post holder is responsible for the efficient day to day running of the administrative service to enable a responsive and effective support to the clinical and wider team.

This post requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership/ record.
