We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as an Intelligence Supervisor, within a national policing unit working to ensure safer communities in the UK and around the world.
More About the Role
The successful candidate will be supervising a small team of Intelligence researchers to ensure tasking, management and dissemination of intelligence products to relevant stakeholders and partners. You will supervise, motivate and develop your team through accreditation programmes and ensure the effectiveness of the Intelligence team.
You will manage the day to day running of your business area ensuring that work is completed by staff in a timely manner, manage sickness and performance whilst working alongside your internal peers to meet organisational objectives.

Educated to QCF Level 4 OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.
Supervisory experience to include conducting performance reviews, managing attendance and developing staff
An understanding of the National Intelligence Model (NIM)
Previous experience working in an Intelligence arena
