We have an exciting opportunity for an admin assistant to join us in the Pharmacy Department at Southampton General Hospital to support our Southampton Oncology Clinical Pharmacy (SOCP) department

We are a small and friendly team within the wider Pharmacy Department.

You will be involved in varied aspects of routine admin and will assist the SOCP Pharmacists to include answering the telephone, liaising with patients, filing, copying, printing, ordering and general office administrative tasks. This is a non patient facing role.

Your Responsibilities

General office administrative tasks to include:
Answering the telephone, dealing with emails, placing orders, copying, typing, assisting Pharmacists with tasks.
