An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Children and Young People’s Public Health Service to provide efficient and effective administration support to the Health Visiting Team

The successful candidate will be highly organised, motivated and able to work to deadlines in a busy office environment as part of a larger team.

We have two posts available one for 30 hours per week and one for 37.5 hours per week.

You will be office based with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week, once fully trained.

Day to day duties will include providing a professional and courteous response to the general public/clients/carers/practitioners who have contact with the CYP Service via e mail or telephone. You will book appointments for practitioners, update our clinical system central appointment diary (SystmOne) and ensure messages are passed on to the appropriate team members in a timely manner.
