We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join us, supporting our Acute Response Team.
The Acute Response Team (ART) is a 7-day service providing short term health, rehabilitation and care support to facilitate early discharge from hospital and also enable service users to remain in the community / home environment. ART in Kent is aligned with the local Primary Care Networks to ensure patient care is holistic and joined-up.
ART covers the whole of East Kent with a large clinical team and administration hub. The post holder will be required to work alongside the administration team with the supervision of the Admin Team Leader. Working hours will cover 8-6pm on a rotational basis with 1 weekend worked in 4. (shift times may be 8-4pm, 9-5pm or 10-6pm).
You will be required to work in a busy environment and have excellent time management skills. They will be required to work efficiently and able to manage potentially conflicting deadlines.
The role predominantly involves processing of patient information to support the patient journey with the Service from referral to discharge via RIO, the Trust Patient Information System, email and excel.
Additional Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Shift times vary to cover 8am - 6pm service hours. Includes 1 weekend in 4 and Bank Holidays.
