The EOC Education and Development Team is pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated candidate to apply for the post of part time Administrator.

The successful candidate must be flexible, a good team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure and a good understanding of IT packages. Attention to detail is always expected along with confidentiality. Previous Administration/office-based role is essential.

1. To provide strong administrative support for the EOC Education and Development
2. To provide high quality confidential and professional clerical support to the Team and respond to requests ensuring that all tasks are prioritised
3. To assist the Team in the administration and updating of training materials
4. To be able to redact calls and produce documents to the management team as and when required
5. To respond to emails and other written documents, processing information requests and undertaking other duties appropriate to the role as directed by th
6. To be competent and proficient in all aspects of the IT systems operated by the Trust and to generate reports etc a
7. To maintain, store and dispose of records in a manner that will satisfactorily meet the statutory requirements of such things as Caldicot, the Data Protection Act, the Children's' Act, and the Freedom of Information
8. To proactively assist with the development of effective team working within the department
9. To maintain effective relationships with Trust staff and external organisations, professionally representing the Trust.
