This post is open ended required for 37 hours per week, 8am-4pm, term time only.

Grade 5 - £22,369.00 pro rata for 37 hours per week term time only for 45.6 weeks per annum equating to £19,827.59 pro rata rising to 46.6 weeks, £21,395.59 pro rata per annum after 5 year's service.

Ysgol Gynradd Waldo Williams Primary School, is seeking to appoint an Administrative Officer. The successful candidate would join us in working in an environment which promotes excellence, inclusion and high expectations.

As our Administrative Officer they will act as a point of contact with parents, visitors and pupils where they will need to be a positive communicator.

They will be required to support colleagues within the school to fulfil their roles.

They will also require excellent financial and ICT skills to undertake the different aspects of this position, as outlined within the job description.

The role requires the candidate to have:
Good communication skills: verbal (face to face and telephone) and written (English Language GCSE Grade C or above).
Strong basic maths (Maths GCSE Grade C or above).
Able to record data entry accurately.
Good Financial skills.

This position relies upon you to:
Possess a flexible mindset; able to juggle a variety of tasks throughout the day.
Work independently as well as part of the Waldo Williams Team.
Follow instructions but take decisions.
Complete any other roles directed by the organisation.
