At Gregory Distribution Ltd, we have a vacancy for a Administrator based at our North Tawton Depot.

The position will involve:
Assisting with processing employee payroll accurately and efficiently.
Handling and responding to payroll – related inquiries from employees.
Assisting with updating and maintaining employee records and payroll information.
Providing general administrative support to the Payroll Department as required.
Liaising with other departments to ensure all payroll-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Staying up-to-date with payroll regulations, legislation and industry trends.
Assisting with maintaining and processing the Payroll system by gathering, calculating and inputting data, including our time and attendance systems (iTrent and Open Options).
Assisting with calculations and payments for: Sick, Maternity, Paternity, adoption pay, Leavers, Unpaid leave, Back pay and sickness absences.
Assisting with completing all RTI submissions to HM Revenue & Customs.
Assisting with running of reports as and when required.
Work as a team to provide a professional and helpful service to all employees and managers.
Have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with other HR colleagues to ensure timely and professional delivery.
