About Our Client

My client are an award winning financial organisation that have been operating for 10+ years on a national basis. Due to recent successes, they are looking to appoint an Administrator for their Leeds site. Job Description

The key duties/ responsibilities for the Administrator will include:

Ensuring all documentation sent out fits with our branding and appropriate templates
Working with other members of our Support Team to undertake general admin and office ad hoc duties such as scanning, dealing with post and provide occasional front of house reception cover
Collaborating remotely with the extended Support Team throughout the Group's locations to ensure a seamless service is provided to the various geographies and service lines
Providing guidance and advice to technical team members on office procedures and processes, always looking to identify client service and process improvements
Looking after their business clients to ensure we meet all regulatory and legal requirements and deadlines and deliver fantastic client service
The Successful Applicant

The successful Administrator will have/ be:
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good ability to communicate - both in person, on the phone and in writing
Strong document processing skills - particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Flexible and adaptable
Able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
Friendly and helpful outlook
Professional approach with absolute commitment to confidentiality
Experience working in a professional office environment desirable but not essential
