This is a two year fixed term post, working full time for 37 hours per week.

We are seeking an individual with experience within the housing sector to work with the local community to promote and raise awareness of rural housing opportunities.

In this role, you will work closely with the housing, planning and economic and community development teams to highlight the need for homes and potential affordable solutions in rural areas. You will undertake housing needs surveys of rural communities and work with a range of stakeholders to contribute to the development of an Housing Strategy for Pembrokeshire.

As an ideal candidate, you will be degree educated in a relevant field with experience in both housing and the rural community. Proven experience of working strategically and managing projects is also essential. You will be a strong communicator not only in both presenting to and negotiating with stakeholders but also in the delivery of clear research and reports.
