Aftersales Administrator At Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth

At Yeomans Nissan Portsmouth we are looking to recruit a Aftersales Administrator to join our award-winning service team.

As part of your role, you will provide assistance and support to the service department, including helping customers, managing MOTs and service bookings, updating the database and organising workshop jobs. The successful candidate must be friendly and confident, with excellent customer service skills. You must be computer literate and have a great telephone manner, as you will be handling enquiries and bookings over the phone, face to face and dealing with emails.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Calling the client database reminding them of due services and MOTs
Database updating
Workshop loading
