As an apprentice Community Support Worker you will be working in our community teams alongside other professionals. Community Support Workers are a crucial part of our multi-disciplinary teams, delivering a high standard of care to our patients in their own home.

Although GCSE Grades 9-4 (or equivalent) in Maths & English Language desirable, we will also consider applicants who are willing to develop these through additional training to include Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship programme.

Having the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to your education as well as your employment are essential requirements to this role.

This role is available across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

All successful apprentices will be guaranteed a permanent Healthcare Support Worker position once your training is complete.
