Depaul UK are now offering an Apprenticeship Programme aimed at people aged 16+ interested in working within the Social Care sector. This Apprenticeship role will be based at our Supported Accommodation service in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Joining us as an Apprentice offers you full-time paid work for 15 months. You will participate in a comprehensive training programme and benefit from the opportunity to gain a Housing Management Worker qualification. In the role of apprentice, you will learn the following:

Customer Service skills
Understand the needs of vulnerable individuals and groups (including those with complex needs) and respond accordingly.
Effective and appropriate communication skills
Information collection and sharing
Working with internal colleagues and external partners to achieve individual, team and business targets
Time management
Effective use of IT equipment and software, including housing and property management software.
Decision making: Effective decision making in order to ensure work tasks are completed in line with instruction and on time.
