Brokerage and Support Officer Job Sirona Care & Health Cic Bristol

This is an exciting opportunity for a permanent position within the Partner2Care team for the Post of Brokerage and Support and Payroll Officer. This Post is a developmental opportunity to work alongside the Partner2Care Business and Service Development Manager, Clinical Operational Lead and Clinical team, Payroll and Brokerage and Support Officers supporting patients to be discharged home from hospital utilising a Discharge Support Grant with a personalisation focus.

You will undertake the role of Payroll and Brokerage and Support Officer with a specific remit to support this project.

Please note that, due to the nature of funding for the service, if demand significantly reduces or funding is no longer available there is a possibility that this role will be redeployed to a suitable alternative role elsewhere in Sirona.
