Care Assistant

Pay Rate:
£10.50 – £15.75

Shift Patterns:
Various and Flexible hours available.

We are looking to expand our team to support Clients in the Bridgewater area.

The role will include support with personal care, administration of medication, meal preparation, general household duties and accessing the community.

We would be happy to offer a Zero Hour Contract and the potential of a Guaranteed Hours Contract at 24hrs per week. We can give you more detail so that you can work out what would be best for you. Please speak to the Recruiter or the Branch Team for more information.

What we’re looking for:
6 Month’s experience working in the care sector
A driver’s licence is a requirement
Minimum of 2 satisfactory references
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Empathetic approach
Basic IT Skills (elearning & electronic record keeping

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
