The Integrated Care Board (ICB) brings the NHS together with its partners locally to improve health and care services for the 1.9m people who live and work in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West.

As our CEO, you'll shape a new approach to health and care across our region.

With your inspirational leadership skills, you'll turn our boardroom strategies into life-saving outcomes. With a health and care workforce of more than 50,000 people across the system, you will manage a multi-billion-pound budget as you drive change, tackle inequalities, deliver value for money, and embed long-term health and care improvements on a scale few roles can offer.

You'll have senior-level CEO experience in health, local or national Government, or the private or third sectors.
