A Career in Providing Comfort and Support:
Hampshire County Councils’ Adults Health and Care provide a range of residential care and nursing services for older people across the county, some of whom are living with dementia.
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team and help improve the wellbeing and develop meaningful relationships with residents, working 6 hours shifts per day (over two weeks), including alternate weekends.
Your role will be to assist the Unit Manager in providing high quality opportunities, comfort, and support for older adults.
You will have the opportunity to shape your own role by working with residents to find out about them and what you can do to support them individually and in groups.
Hampshire County Council cares for those who care and recognises the outstanding contribution our care staff make, so we offer a generous benefits package.
Full COVID-19 vaccination status is no longer required as a condition of employment but being fully vaccinated is strongly encouraged.
