ASA Recruitment are working with a large Scottish environmental organisation to recruit a Contact Centre Operator. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland's Central Belt to work on a shift basis.
If you started in this role today you would be...
Process calls and email enquiries received at the Contact Centre efficiently, paying particular attention to the detail and nature of the calls/emails
Ensure the accurate and complete recording of information
Pass enquiries / complaints made to the Contact Centre to the appropriate person / team for action, quickly and efficiently and in accordance with procedure
To assist in the management of databases and other records by recording, inputting and maintaining specific information relating to the duties of the Contact Centre
So, what are we looking for?
Excellent customer service skills
Experience with dealing with customers over the telephone essential
Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus and a good telephone manner
