Hours: 37 hrs
Salary: Circa £50,400 dependant on experience

As the Continuous Improvement Lead you will play an important role in delivering a continuous improvement framework, training, coaching and direct support to colleagues to identify, progress and track improvements across the central support functions. You will work on improvement plans and align these to strategic priorities related to reducing cost, meeting regulatory obligations, addressing risks and enhancing the user experience.
You will work with colleagues to identify, analyse, and interpret route cause data to generate insight to identify the most effective ways of delivering and measuring improvements that may be related to policy, process, technology, organisation or behavioural changes.
With your deep knowledge and practise of how to foster and develop a continuous improvement culture and capability you will define and implement an appropriate continuous improvement framework through the central support functions of the business, maturing this gradually over time.
You will be a self-starter able to take accountability and remain adaptable and flexible to changes in ways of working and be able to communicate with a range of audiences including peers, senior colleagues and specialists. You will be a problem solver who can identify and analyse problems and issues through process, people or policy lenses and interpret, use and evaluate numerical and graphical data to achieve goals/targets with a thorough understanding of commercial business drivers ideally within a utility setting.
