We’re looking for a customer service advisor to join our friendly Melton Mowbray team. This role will be working on our busy garage reception desk, assisting customers face to face and over the phone. This position would suit someone who has previous customer service experience and has a friendly, professional demeanour. Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage but isn’t essential.
You will have great organisational skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A passion for customer service, you’ll be approachable and will always ensure customers feel welcomed to the branch.
