Position Summary
To provide regular Customer interaction on a day to day basis and manage Customer service KPI’s.
To carry out the correct data entry of customer orders into the ERP system in line with the current work instructions.
To provide continuous support to the Plant Scheduler and schedule processing of both the Tote and the Batch Plant.
To Provide efficient and pro-active support to the site as part of a dedicated team and to embrace the core values of STERIS
Duties
Complete the daily site processing schedule for both the Tote and Batch plants, using the pre-set plant speed guide and processing parameters.
Ensure that adequate paperwork is received for each consignment to enable products to be booked in on time in line with site procedures and local targets.
To initiate Non-Conformance reports, when necessary, liaise with the QA team, Team Leaders and Site Supervisor to ensure reporting is in line with current procedures and in accordance with quality standards.
To ensure accuracy of all documentation, aligned to Good Documentation Practices.
To accurately maintain documentation storage protocols
Maintain and update the Company ERP systems.
To consistently carry out the required inspections in line with site procedures.
Supporting Customers with all enquiries via any communication method used on site including appropriate escalation when required.

To support and embrace Continuous improvement ethos, carry out regular 5s audits and action follow up
To support the scheduling section of any process investigations when required.
To comply with all site safety policies and procedures.
To attend all relevant site meetings as requested by Management
To perform any reasonable additional tasks as required by Site Management.
