To grow the ekaterra e-commerce business through perfect execution of ekaterra assets across all our omni and pure play e-commerce retailers. Through the optimal management of e-commerce systems to optimize ekaterra brands, so they show up perfectly where the consumer is making the choice to purchase.
Your Key Tasks
The Digital Merchandising Executive will be responsible for:
Managing, tracking and optimizing the onsite PDP execution for full assortment, including any uploading on enhanced content through Bynder/Salsify.
Manage, track and optimize organic search ranking on-onsite platform.
Upload new product listings and update ongoing product content for hero/gifting SKUs.
Specific additional tasks for Amazon: Works with retailer, manual uploading of new/existing product content on Amazon VC, work with AVS to ensure correct taxonomy, browse node mapping; update configurations, setup products for Amazon vine reviews, manage portfolio against lost buy box on Amazon VC.

Skills and Experience
Deep understanding and functional expertise of how to win in e-commerce
Action orientated, can make things happen and is driven to achieve and exceed targets
Analytical thinking and rigor, with the ability to use data to optimize growth plans in an agile manner
Ways of working in collaboration with multiple functions, suppliers, and stakeholders (internal and external)
Attention to detail
Will have a proven experience working with e-Commerce platforms and digital assets
Understands how to utilize assets such as ratings/reviews, SEO and CRM to drive traffic and purchase decisions
Is commercially minded and can demonstrate wins achieved through improving share of brand voice and product mix
Experience in FMCG preferred, retailer or supplier
Has operated in a fast and complex environment with lots of SKU’s and product/promo changes
