Hilton Garden Inn has taken pole position at Silverstone the home of the British Grand Prix following the successful opening of the new Hilton Garden Inn, we are excited to announce that we are growing our high performing team.

The Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone is situated directly on the Hamilton straight of Silverstone circuit with 197 bedrooms & suites offering views of the famous asphalt that can convert into hospitality boxes during the major events at the circuit. With all the right mechanics for our guests including a fitness suite, coffee shop, trackside restaurant with terrace the hotel is completed with a showpiece Rooftop bar.

Please note this is a full time opportunity working 30 hours a week. Shifts can be flexible to suit over 4 or 5 days and between the hours of 9am and 4pm.

What will I be doing?

As a Hotel Administrator, you are responsible for carrying out daily activities of the office to deliver an excellent staff experience and contribute towards the efficiency of the hotel operation. As Hotel Administrator you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Carry out daily administrative activities of the office while adhering to Hilton Standards, policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Work with the hotel commercial & sales team to assist with invoicing, billing and general administration work
Complete pre-arrival calls to arriving guests to ensure any special request are captured and entered into the hotel systems
Ensure all communications with guests and corporate office are handled promptly and efficiently
Receive and distribute correspondence across the hotel
Ensure outgoing mail is dispatched in a timely manner
Provide minutes to Management Team Meetings
Maintain adequate supplies of office stationary
Identify and build internal and external relationships
Assist in the preparation of materials for new employees
Maintain own work area in a clean, tidy and good manner
Assist with special projects related to the management team.

Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment
