We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Officer (Full Time, Permanent) to join our Recruitment Team.

You will support the Recruitment Team Managers, coordinating and providing support and guidance to the Recruitment Assistants in administering the end to end recruitment process, including ensuring pre-employment checks are undertaken correctly, in a timely manner whilst adhering to HR policies/GDPR/legal requirements.

You will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Assistants and managers with complex recruiting issues or queries, as well as providing general recruitment and resourcing advice to managers and candidates. You will be creative and proactive in resolving resourcing pressures and issues.

We are looking for an individual who takes personal accountability and responsibility, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy, along with the ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively. You must have strong communications skills to build relationships across all levels of the organisation with the ability to advise on complex resourcing issues. You will have experience of working in a busy customer focussed environment and experience of GDPR legislation and understanding of its importance.

This role will be a combination of working flexibly from home and in the office, where we run a desk booking system.
