We’re looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Administrator to join our central Utilities team based from our Maple Cross office, but home working available.
Location: Maple Cross or Exeter - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Contract: Permanent, full time – flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know
As an L&D Administrator, you’ll be working within the central Learning and Development Utilities team, supporting them in supplying a high-level administration service.
Your day to day will include:
Ensuring accurate recording of core training data on training databases
Providing support to the Learning and Development Advisor in sourcing and booking training
Liaising with training providers, delegates and line mangers to book required training.
Issuing diary invites and joining instructions for any training booked and issue reminders for mandatory training
What are we looking for?
This role of L&D Administrator, is great for you if:
You have previous administrative experience
Are proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel
Have excellent organisational skills
