Pertemps Exeter are recruiting for NIGHT WAREHOUSE PICKERS for our client in Sowton Industrial Estate. Our client is the UK's leading food & drink wholesaler. They are proud to serve independent retailers, caterers and small businesses across the country.
You will need a can-do attitude and feel comfortable working to meet designated pick rates.
Shift Patterns:
Sundays 9.30pm - 6am
Monday to Thursday 10pm - 6am
Duties to include for a Warehouse Operative:
Responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods by picking against a hand -held terminal and advising the Manager of any differences.
Checking quality, shelf life and ensuring packaging is robust in preparation for Delivery.
Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.
Loading cages ready to be loaded onto vehicles.
Helping to keep the warehouse clean and tidy.
Any other duties that the manager may ask of you.
Due to the nature of the position, you will need to be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as bending and lifting in line with Health and Safety Regulations.
