Job description

We are currently supporting our Client specialising in engineering and fabrication with the recruitment for a Painting Supervisor staff position that has arisen within their fabrication facility based in Moray due to continued expansion.

The successful post holder will:
Supervise and co-ordinate the day to day running of the blasting & painting facility
Ensure the work is carried out safely and efficiently
Prepare daily reports for various blasting and painting activities
Liaise with the Workshop Manager and Project Engineers

Skills and experience:
Previous experience as hands-on sprayer or shot blaster
Understanding of paint inspection methods
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, guide and motivate others

Qualifications:
NACE Level 2 Painting Inspection preferred but training will be given
