Salary Range: £44,215 - £49,520 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £26,529 - £29,712 per annum)
Work Location: EII Court, Winchester (with option to work from home when suitable)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 22.2 (3 days per week)

The Role:
This is an exciting role within Services for Young Children working with the Early Years childcare and education sector. If you understand how to influence a wide range of audiences in a sold service environment, can manage complexity and enjoy solution focused thinking in a supportive team this could be the post for you.

The ideal candidate will have existing marketing skills and experiences with evidence of impact. You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and on-line. You will be able to work independently and part of a team and have the organisational skills to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment and lead small projects. Most importantly, you will have a passion for shaping Early Years though high-quality training.
