First opening its doors in 2015, Bloxwich is now home to over 16 full and part time colleagues. The store operates from 3 test rooms and is a Hear Care spoke to neighbouring Walsall.
Operating as one of the most profitable stores in the region, Bloxwich has grown at a rapid rate since opening, and continues to go from strength to strength. The clinical team are passionate about the service they provide to the local community and are all equipped with enhanced services.
The smaller of the two stores, Brownhills has been open since 2008, and is home to a team of 10 colleagues, with 2 test rooms on site.
The store focusing on training, development and growing its own talent. Brownhills has, and continues to support its team through Cert 3 & 4, ILM, enhanced clinical training, as well as Pathway. This culture has been bred throughout the store and has a reputation for ‘growing their own’.
Requirements of the role
We are looking for an experienced Optical Retailer, with a strong and proven background, ideally in a busy store setting. You will have the drive, passion, and willingness to ensure all teams across the three stores are customer-focused, committed to providing the best service in the community. You will be the role model of high standards, and act as a driving force to continue the success of these stores. As the new Retail Partner, you will be able to provide a unique blend of customer care and professional excellence. You’ll be able to build a rapport with the teams, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and the ability to share your time, as well as prioritising when and where you are needed the most. You will want to immerse yourself in the local area and build strong relationships with other health care providers.
