The Hours: 1664 annualised hours per year.
Hours would normally be between 9:30-5:30 in the summer and 10:30-4:30 winter. You'll be working between 4/5 days a week, depending on business needs and will work on average 2 weekends a month.
The Salary: £ 10.32 per hour/ £17,172 per annum
This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year

You'll be working at Stowe, Stowe, Buckingham, MK18 5EQ.
What you'll be doing:You'll be required to support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. You'll monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income.
You'll also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff and work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.
