£25,000 to £35,000 Per Annum
Base salary of £25k with an OTE of £30-35k with bonus and commission
We are looking for a new Retention Adviser to join our team here at LifeSearch. This is a challenging role that can see you taking on many tasks in one day so being able to manage your time is key. You will be working within the team to proactively re engage our families in a professional end to end journey to reinstate cancelled plans or offer new advice. You need to be able to showcase the ability to manage a variety of tasks as you will be responsible for providing advice from a wide panel of insurers, making follow up calls, updating families on underwriting outcomes and ensuring you offer the best advice.
You will be working as part of the Retentions team dealing with plans that have been cancelled by our existing families and need to overcome objections with a view to getting them back on board. You need to establish the reason for the cancellation through solid factfinding skills and be able to work within the team’s set guidelines reporting into the People and Business Leader or Coach. You will also be asked to identify and report on any trends affecting claw that could impact on our business.
You can structure your day in a way that you feel is best for you, but you will be expected to join specified dallier time sessions that are structured throughout the day to maximize contact rates. Your advice conversations and applications will be quality checked in line with company benchmarks.
The roll is a full-time position working a variety of shift patterns from 9am-6pm to 10am-7pm with one Saturday every four weeks. This role will include some time in the office and some time at home.
