As a Sales Advisor you will have the opportunity to work as part of a brand new team to make the branch a success and become the number 1 go to merchant in the area. Your role will be all about winning customers to gain their business. You will be a pivotal contact for our customers, nurturing great relationships, understanding their needs to offer expert advice to meet their individual needs and maximise the sale of goods. You’ll be on the front line dealing with our customers on the Trade Counter, over the phone and via email. The key to this role is all about being friendly and helpful. You’ll handle requests and provide information on our products, prepare quotes, and help each customer with their purchase. You will also be responsible for helping in the warehouse booking stock in and out ensuring all paperwork is in place and correct putting the goods away accurately. We will put you through training for your Forklift Truck Licence if you do not already have one.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday between 07.00am – 17.00pm along with Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 08.00am to 12.00pm.
