A 12-month opportunity has arisen for a Systems Support Officer to join our Finance team, as we enter an exciting period of transformation. The team are launching a project to implement a new finance system and you’ll be working closely with the Finance System Replacement (FSR) team to support a seamless transition. This role is a maternity cover, so it’s advantageous if you’re immediately available, or currently on a short notice period.

You will primarily provide customer service support to ensure efficient operation of the finance systems including eMarketplace, and FlowForma workflow solution. Reporting to the Systems Accountant, you will ensure the continuation of day to day activities during the implementation of new finance systems. You will proactively engage in process improvement to support the business and contribute to the department-wide project to implement new finance packages. You will also support and deliver training to system users and manage the systems helpdesk.

To be successful, you will bring knowledge of managing a service desk platform in a finance environment, experience of working with various stakeholders and of documenting, simplifying, and streamlining processes.
