Pembrokeshire County Council has a new and exciting opportunity for those wishing to work in Social Care. Our Community Wellbeing and Independence Team are currently looking to recruit a full time Team Leader.
The role of the team is to provide physical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes to enable them to remain as independent as possible. The successful candidates will be required to supervise and lead a small team ensuring a quality service is delivered which is person centred and meets agreed outcomes.
You will be required to work on a shift pattern as we provide support from 6:30am – 10:30pm including evenings and weekends. Experience in this field would be an advantage but not essential as a full induction and training programme will be provided. We are looking for applicants with a professional and caring nature who have strong values and will focus on providing high quality care.
You will need to be educated to NVQ level 3 or willing to undertake this qualification and be able to drive.
