We have a fantastic opportunity for a Travel Coordinator to join our team, assisting with all matters related to the holiday travel arrangements for international boarding students across the whole school.

The successful candidate will liaise with parents, guardians and/or agents to compile and coordinate beginning, end, and half-term travel for international boarding students in line with visa regulations to ensure UKVI compliance.

To be successful in your application, you need demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role including experience of administration processes. You will be qualified to NVQ Level 3, have a collaborative approach to work and be able to work to tight deadlines.

This role is full time and permanent, working all year round. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. You will be required to work 8:30am – 9pm on Arrivals Day at the start of each half term to ensure smooth transition of students from airport to school and liaise with house parents accordingly. This can fall on a Sunday, and time in lieu is offered.
