We are seeking Two 12 Month Maternity Cover Unit Administrators at PJ Care Mallard House in Milton Keynes, to maintain the staff rolling Rota within a four-week cycle in advance. You will be responsible to ensure the confidentiality and security of all company information, paying particular attention to staff members personnel records.
To liaise with the Deputy or Clinical Manager to ensure the correct administration and recording of all shift Rotas, and attendance. You will also be responsible to ensure accurate payroll processing through the People Planner and other company systems.
To co-ordinate CHC, professionals’ meetings, best interest meetings and other resident focused meetings along with completing minutes and action plans.
To manage the units filing and archiving system
Contribute to the effectiveness of the Unit team by reflecting on own and team activities and making suggestions on ways to improve and enhance the team’s performance.
Work effectively with individuals in other agencies to meet resident’s needs
Supply daily bed numbers, agency costs and resident changes to the Deputy or Clinical Nurse Lead.
Provide cover for colleague’s absence and to participate in audits where necessary
The weekly working hours required are a minimum of 35 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm with some weekend work.
