Here at our site in Carlisle, we’re working in conjunction with some high-end garment retailers and looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team. You’ll be working an average of 40 hours per week, covering a Monday to Friday shift pattern.

Pay, benefits and more:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll receive:
An hourly rate of £10.42, taking your annual salary to £21,673.60
Holiday pay (28 days, inclusive of bank holidays)

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensure all health and safety practices are followed in line with company policy
Support with all operational warehouse duties from picking, to packing, goods in and goods out
Operate manual handling equipment under safe instruction and in-line with training practices

What you need to succeed at GXO:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
A good understanding of health and safety practices
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
